We Refund When...
Service package is not delivered within 72 hours of estimated time.
Service is technically completely non-functional.
We delivered the wrong service due to our error.
Duplicate payment was charged accidentally.
We Don't Refund When...
You simply 'change your mind' after campaign delivery has started.
You set your account to 'Private' during campaign delivery.
You provided an incorrect URL/Username.
You bought from another provider simultaneously (conflicts data).

How long does a refund take to process?
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, your bank or credit card issuer may take 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Can I cancel a service package in progress?
Generally, no. Once our system sends the service package to the server network, campaign delivery begins instantly and cannot be stopped. If the service package is 'stuck' or 'pending' for more than 24 hours, we can cancel it for you.
What is the 'Refill Guarantee'?
Social media platforms sometimes remove inactive accounts. If your audience count drops below what you purchased within 30 days, we will re-add the missing amount for free. Just contact support.
Do you offer refunds to original payment method?
Yes, for eligible technical errors, we refund to the original payment method (card/crypto). For other courtesy resolutions, we may offer store credit.
