This document constitutes a binding agreement. By accessing FameStar services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in their entirety.
Mandatory Arbitration Notice
This agreement contains a mandatory arbitration provision and class action/jury trial waiver. You must resolve disputes with us individually through binding arbitration, waiving your right to participate in class actions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and FameStar ("FameStar," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the FameStar website and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing any Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
Your continued use of the platform implies acceptance of these terms.
Description of Services
FameStar provides digital promotion services intended to enhance the online appearance of social media accounts. Our Services may include the delivery of followers, likes, views, comments, or other social media metrics ("Engagements").
You explicitly acknowledge that the Engagements provided are for vanity or appearance purposes only. They are not intended to represent genuine user interaction, and we make no guarantee that these Engagements will translate into authentic interest, sales, or any other tangible benefit.
- Social media followers and engagement

- No guarantee of organic reach
- Appearance-only engagement metrics
User Obligations
By using our Services, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:
Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the correct social media URL (full link). Your social media account must be set to "public" for the duration of the service delivery. We are not liable for non-delivery or errors resulting from incorrect information or private accounts.
Single Provider
You agree not to use other similar service providers simultaneously on the same social media profile while your FameStar order is active. This can cause delivery conflicts, and we will not be responsible for inaccurate delivery counts.
Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to advertising, endorsements, and unfair competition.
Risk Acknowledgement
Crucial Notice
Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. This section is a fundamental part of our agreement.
No Affiliation
FameStar is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with any social media platform.
Third-Party Terms
Our Services may violate social media platforms' terms. You accept this risk.
Account Penalties
We are not liable for any consequences to your account, including suspension or termination.
No Permanence
Engagements are not guaranteed to be permanent. Platform updates may cause metrics to drop.
Billing & Refunds
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Once a payment is completed, the funds are deposited into your FameStar account balance. There is no way to reverse a transaction.
Technical exceptions: If an order is non-deliverable for technical reasons on our end, a credit will be issued to your FameStar account balance.
NO CHARGEBACKS
You explicitly agree not to file a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your payment provider. Any such action will be considered a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to take immediate action:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent IP address ban
- Removal of delivered Engagements
- Legal action to recover costs
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
Illegal Activities
Promote or engage in any illegal activity.
Deception
Defraud, mislead, or deceive others by misrepresenting metrics.
Harmful Content
Promote hate speech, violence, discrimination, or nudity.
IP Infringement
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Technical Abuse
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code.
